Subject: FEE INCREASE
Synopsis of Previous Council action:
Upon checkin9 with the City Clerk's Office, I am informed that the only
resolution on record which pertains to fees is number 83459. This resolution
specifically states that it does not pertain to the Police Department.
As far as I can ascertain, no resolution currently exists which outlines
a fee schedule for this department.
Recommended motion:
Adopt resolution to authorize increases in fees currently charged by the
San Bernardino Police Department as reflected on the attached staff report.

It is this department's current policy not to charge the Public Defender's Office for
any report copies whatsoever. I propose a change in that we charge the standard report
copy fee for any and all report copies with the exception of the actual case report
being defended under the subpoena.
