RESOLUTION NUMBER
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO,
CALIFORNIA, DELETING CERTAIN COMMISSION
POSITIONS
WHEREAS, the city of San Bernardino (the "City") has
caused the restructuring of the Community Development Commission of
the City of San Bernardino (the "Commission") in order that said
Commission may function more effectively and efficiently in imple
menting and carrying out community development programs which are
beneficial to the City; and
WHEREAS, in connection with the restructuring of the
Commission, the Commission hereby deems it desirable to immediately
eliminate certain Commission positions previously designated pursuant
to previous Commission actions; and
WHEREAS, the Commission positions to
be immediately
eliminated pursuant to this Resolution are those positions listed on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
by
this
reference; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it desirable to phase out
certain other Commission positions over time, but in any event, no

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
section 1. The Commission hereby authorizes the
elimination of those Commission positions as listed on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

section 2. The Commission hereby authorizes the
phasing out of those certain commission positions designated on
Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference which phasing out shall occur no later than June 30,
1991.
