RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6433 ENTITLED IN PART
"A RESOLUTION. . . CREATING AND ESTABLISHING
POSITIONS FOR THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE
CITY..." AND DELETING CERTAIN CITY POSITIONS
WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino (the "City") has
caused the restructuring of the Community Development Commission of
the City of San Bernardino (the "Commission") in order that said
Commission may function more effectively and efficiently in
implementing and carrying out community development programs which
are beneficial to the City; and
WHEREAS, in connection with the restructuring of the
Commission, the city has deemed it desirable to immediately
eliminate certain City positions as previously designated pursuant
to Resolution No. 6433 of the City, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the city positions to be immediately eliminated
pursuant to this Resolution are those positions listed on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference; and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
~ OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, DO HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
section 1. The Mayor and Common Council hereby
authorize the elimination of the City positions as listed on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
