Ninth Street. The agreement permitted the substitution of a developer obligation to install said improvements for an Obligation to underground adjacent utility lines. In addition. the City agreed to reimburse the developer for the cost of the installation of street and drainage improvements from the west line of the property to the bridge over the East Twin Creek Flood Control Channel. The current estimate of the cost of this reimbursement is $32.750. and the source of funds is Tri-City Redevelopment Project Area bond proceeds. Since this property is not within the project area. mutual benefit resolutions have been prepared for adoption by the Mayor and Common Council and the Community Development Commission. Staff also requests authorization to increase the Department's fiscal year 1991 administrative budget by $32.750. and to provide bond proceeds from the Tri City Redevelopment Project Area for the funding of the subject agreement. Staff recommends adoption of the mutual benefit resolutions and the form motion. ...........1:11 J. 0., becutive Director Develotaent Depar I!!Ilt KJH:JW:kalt:3633H REDBVELOl'IIEII1' COIMITTEE Meeting Date: 2-21-91 e .
