4 Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
5 DO HEREBY CERTIFY that pursuant to the provisions of the
6 Charter of the City of San Bernardino did canvass the
7 returns of the vote cast in the City of San Bernardino, in
8 said County, in the Primary Municipal Election held on
9 March 5, 1991, for elective public offices, and that the
10 Statement of Vote Cast, to which this certificate is
11 attached, shows the whole number of votes cast for each
12 candidate, and that the total of the respective columns as
13 shown for each candidate are full, true and correct.
