RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5102 RELATING TO A
STANDARD POLICY FOR PUBLIC ACCESS TO MEETING OF THE STANDING AND
AD HOC COMMITTEES OF THE COMMISSION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
5 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 7 of Resolution No. 5102 is hereby
7 renumbered as Section 8, and a new Section 7 is hereby added to
8 read as follows:

"7. Closed Sessions may be held to discuss
matters of sensitive negotiations with
development clients whether or not falling
within the specified provisions of the
Ralph M. Brown Act. Authorization to hold
such a closed session shall be obtained
from the Chairman of the Committee, or from
a majority of the Committee."
