RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING TIMOTHY C. STEINHAUS, AGENCY
ADMINISTRATOR; KENNETH J. HENDERSON, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR; GARY
CLERMONT, ASSISTANT MANAGER, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES; AND BARBARA
LINDSETH, ACCOUNTING MANAGER TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX, AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 5263.

6 WHEREAS, the Development Department of the City of San
7 Bernardino as successor to the Redevelopment Agency of the City
8 of San Bernardino, has the use of Safety Deposit Box No. 1436, at
9 Wells Fargo Bank, San Bernardino, California; and
10 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5263 adopted October 1, 1990,
11 authorized Robert J. Temple, Kenneth J. Henderson, Gary Clermont
12 and Penny C. Vega to sign on behalf of the Agency for the Safety
13 Deposit Box; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Community Development
Commission to rescind Resolution No. 5263 and adopt a new
16 resolution deleting Robert J. Temple Penny C. Vega and adding
17 Timothy C. Steinhaus and Barbara Lindseth to the Resolution as
18
authorized signatory for the Safety Deposit Box.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Timothy C. Steinhaus,
20 Agency Administrator of the Economic Development Agency; Kenneth
21 J. Henderson, Executive Director of the Development Department;
22 Gary Clermont, Assistant Manager, Administrative Services; and
23 Barbara Lindseth, Accounting Manager, are each individually
24 authorized to have access on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency
25 of the City of San Bernardino for Safety Deposit Box No. 1436,
26 Wells Fargo Bank, San Bernardino, California.

CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DESIGNATING CHECK SIGNERS AND
COUNTERSIGNERS FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OR DEVELOPMENT .DEPARTMENT
CHECKS AND VOUCHERS; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 5262.

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5262 designated that Agency checks
will be signed by one of the following: Chairman W.R. Holcomb or

Commission Member Esther Estrada, who respectively serve as

Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Community Development
Commission of the City of San Bernardino; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5262 designated that Agency checks
will be countersigned by one of the fOllowing:
Secretary,
Kenneth J. Henderson, or Robert J. Temple, Assistant Secretary or
Craig A. Graves, Assistant Secretary, either of whom would sign
only in the absence of Kenneth J. Henderson in accordance with
procedural directive; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Commission now desires
to provide for different signers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
All Redevelopment Agency or Development
Department checks shall be signed by Chairman W.R. Holcomb or by
Commission Member Esther Estrada, who respectively serve as
Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency.
SECTION 2.
All Redevelopment Agency or Development
Department checks shall be countersigned by the Secretary of the
Commission, Kenneth J. Henderson, or by the Assistant
Secretaries, Timothy C. Steinhaus or Craig A. Graves.

RESOLUTION NO. 5261.

5 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5261 adopted October 1, 1990,
6 appointed Kenneth J. Henderson as Secretary of the Redevelopment
7 Agency, and Robert J. Temple and Craig A. Graves as Assistant
8 Secretaries; and
9 WHEREAS, it is recommended that Timothy C. Steinhaus be
10 appointed as an Assistant Secretary of the Commission in the
11 place and stead of Robert J. Temple;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY
13 THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN
