FDR BOWL BY JUNIOR UNIVERSITY.
STAFF REPORT
Junior university has applied for the use of FDR Bowl in
perris Hill Park from May 4 through August 4, 1991 for its
annual performance. By Resolution, rental fees for this use
would be $4,036.
Junior University has been conducting youth theatre at FOR
Bowl for two decades. Attendance exceeds 20,000 each summer.
Junior University has acquired a $1 million liability
policy. They have requested that the premium costs for this
policy be accepted in lieu of the rental costs due to the
high cost for the insurance.
This request is in conformance with the conditions of
Resolution 91-35 for waiver of fees.
