CIII OF SAN BERNARDI~ - REQUEA FOR COUNCIL ACtI>>N . . . 75-0264 STAFF REPORT By Resolution No. 4806, dated October 14, 1985, the Redevelopment Agency was established as the Zone Management Office for the Enterprise Zone. In order to properly qualify applicants and to identify the sites and incentives for each project, the Enterprise Zone Procedures & Qualification Form has been created. Recently, the procedures and form were the subject and inquiry about an appeal procedure. The recommended procedure is to direct all applicants whose projects fall within the Enterprise Zone to the Redevelopment Agency to be "qualified" for the benefits/incentives associated with each sub area. If a project does not qualify for said benefits, a procedure for appeal has been established. Staff recommends approval of the Qualification Form and Procedures as attached hereto. 908G/JW 5/19/86 ." ~. , , .
