RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRM- ING THE 1986-87 ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE 1982-1 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT UNDER CHAPTER 27 OF THE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911. WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Improvement Act of 1911, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino did on the 1st day of November, 1982, order the construction of certain improvements by property owners of various properties within the City of San Bernardino, which construction was to be commenced by December 14, 1982; and WHEREAS, the said construction was not commenced by said date and the Director of Public WorkslCity Engineer caused said work to be done; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 84-69, the Mayor and Common Council declared that all of the properties listed in the Engineer's Report that remained unpaid for five (5) days from the date of said Resolution would be assessed for the costs as listed in said Engineer's Report over a period. of three years until the said sums with interest at the rate of 7% per annum on the unpaid balance are paid in full; and WHEREAS, an Assessment Roll has been prepared totaling which sets forth the individual $21,722.65, assessments to be levied on each of the parcels of land within Chapter 27 project No. 1982-1 for the fiscal year 1986-87, including interest. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine that the costs to be levied against the parcels of land within Chapter 27 project No. 1982-1 for the fiscal year 1986~87, designated as Exhibit "A" and incor- porated herein by reference, are correctly set forth and do hereby confirm said assessment. SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5893 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the City Clerk is directed to cause a copy of this Resolution and a list of the unpaid assessments for 1986-87 including interest, to be transmitted to the Office of the Auditor-Controller for the County of San Bernardino with the request that the individual assessments be placed on the subject property tax bills for collection together with all other property taxes. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a meeting thereof held on the day of , 1986, by the following vote, to-wit: 3 ,.
