Dear Honorable Mayor and Co~non Council:
This letter'is to ask ymJ to include cur Shadow Hills Project on the May
19 City Council Agenda.
Sunflower Properties, Inc. and the City Engineering department are
working together on setting up an underground utility and sewer
assesmpnt district. We estimate that it will take a~~rDximately 6
months to accomplish this ta~;k. W~, ask t.he City Council I:o..allow I.IS to
post bonds for" the install ati on of l.tnden:;wound uti 1 i ti es al tmg Kendall
Drive.
We will begin the unrlergrpund conversion of Southern California Edison
power lines as s60n as the assesment district is in place.
