CI..t OF SAN BERNARDI~ - REQU'" FOR COUNCIL AC"'N STAFF REPORT A petition has been received by this office requesting the formation of an assessment district for the maintenance of landscaping around the exterior boundaries of Tentative Tract No. 12313 located South of Mill Street between Eucalyptus Avenue and Pepper Avenue. The assessment will include the maintenance of the landscaping, energy and water costs, administration costs and annual interest on the City's annual up-front monies. The signatures affixed to the referenced petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the property lying within the proposed boundaries of the district to be assessed for the proposed maintenance. The developer will be required to up-front the cost of the proceedings for establishment of the district, as this is a condition placed upon the development.
