I represent Walter R. end Bdith A. Beck, who ara the~firat trust
deed mortgBgees secured on the subject property located at 940-'

My clients had not previously received any material regarding
building code violations prior to a mias-addressed letter on
February 24, 1986, regarding these proceedings. Therefore,
please be advised of the following information:
1. Mortagees: Walter R. & Edith A. Beck
2. Current Address: 1750 Roulette Circle, Thousand Oaks
California 91362
3. Current Telephone: (805) 493-2188
4. The other first trust deed beneficiaries of record: William
H. & Blancha H. Back are deceased
S. My clients have commenced foreclosure action and anticipata

Due to the situation and lack of notice, my clients'request that
no demolition take place. My clients plan to seek the necessary
permits to return the units to a safe and decent condition when their
foreclosure is perfected,

in this matter be addressed to my clients at their current address.
