This item was continued from the regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Council of April 21, 1986 in order to give
staff time to prepare a revision to the building move-on
process. The Legislative Review Committee discussed the
building move-on process at their meeting on Thursday,
April 24, 1986 and instructed staff to make modifications to
said ordinance. It was the conclusion of the Legislative
Review Committee that the zone change can be processed.
