The City Attorney's Office was directed to prepare a Change
of Zone for Petition No. 85-14 at the Council meeting of
september 23, 1985. The ordinance was given first reading on
December 2, 1986, and laid over for final adoption upon
execution by the San Bernardino County Flood Control District
of a covenant running with the land providing that a solid,
decorative, masonry wall shall be constructed along the
perimeter of the project and that landscaping shall be
installed along the westerly line of said property. The
covenant, as approved by the City Attorney's Office, was
executed by the County on February 24, 1986.
The ordinance can now receive final reading, after which the
City Clerk will record the covenant pursuant to the authority
granted under Resolution No. 10747.
