2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.36.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT STORAGE
3 OF SAFE AND SANE FIREWORKS IN THE M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
SUBJECT TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19.36.020 Subsections X, Y and Z of the
San Bernardino Municipal are amended to read:

"X. Storage of fireworks. Class "C" "Safe and Sane", as
determined by the State Fire Marshal, subject to the issuance of
10
a conditional use permit;

Y. Veterinarian animal hospital;
Z. Wholesaling and warehousing;"
SECTION 2. Subsection AA is hereby added to Section
19.36.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code to read:

"AA. Such other uses which the Commission determines to be
similar in nature and does not produce obnoxious noise, odor,

dust, smoke, glare and other nuisances."
