RESOLUTION NO.
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 84-494 ENTITLED IN PART "RESOLUTION .
3 AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY FROM THE CALIFORNIA STATE AGENCY. . .";
4 AND ADDING THE POSITION OF WATER RECLAMATION PLANT CHEMIST TO
ACQUIRE FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
6 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Resolution No. 84-494 Section 1 is hereby
8 amended to read:

SECTION 1. It is hereby ordered that the officials and lor
10 employees whose name, titles and signatures are listed below
11 shall be and are hereby authorized as the City representatives to
12 acquire Federal surplus property from the California State Agency
13 for Surplus Property under the terms and conditions set forth on
14 Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
15 as-the~h set forth in full and at length.
