STAFF REPORT
Kendall Drive and Pa~ Avenue
Underground pro;ect
Edison proposed that a Rule 20-B Underground Project be
established to underground the utilities at Kendall Drive and
Palm Avenue. At the Council/Commission meeting of 5-20-91,
resolutions were adopted making findings and determinations as to
the undergrounding of these utilities and consenting to the
payment of costs that will be incurred.
The proposed Agreement for Replacement of Overhead with Under-
ground Distribution Facilities has been prepared by Edison. This
Agreement provides, in general, that the City will pay Edison the
amount of $55,994, and Edison will accomplish the undergrounding.
We recommend that the Agreement be approved.
