Synopsis of Previous Council action:
12-04-89 -- Ordinance MC 690 adopted levying an infrastructure fee for the Verdemont
Area.
01-03-90 Ordinance MC 695 adopted extending effective date of Ordinance MC 690.
01-03-90 Resolution 90-2 adopted revising the amount of an intrastructure fee to
be levied.
06-25-90 Resolution 90-253 adopted revising the amount of the infrastructure fee to
be levied, from $7,375 to $6,068, due to deletion of water system.
01-07-91 Resolution 91-9 adopted revising the amount of the infrastructure fee to be
levied, from $6,060 to $6,976.
02-03-91 Set public hearing on increase in infrastructure fee for 2-17-92 at
10:00 a.m.
Recommended motion:
Continue public hearing to March 2, 1992, at 10:00 a.m.

STAFF REPORT
At the February 3, 1992, Council Meeting, February 17, 1992, was set for a
publ i c heari ng on the proposed increase in the Verdemont Infrastructure
Fee. Upon checking, it was determined that no legal advertisement had been
made in the newspaper for public hearing.
Staff recommends that the item be continued to March 3, 1992, in order for
the legal advertisement to be made.
