3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SAN
4 BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 16.12.110 RELATING TO POLITICAL
5 SIGNS AND SECTION 16.12.150 RELATING TO VIOLATION-PENALTY.
6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
7 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

9 SECTION 1. San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 16.12.110 is hereby amended to
10 read as follows:
11 "16.12.110
Removal of signs after election.
12 All political signs shall be removed and properly disposed of not more than ten days after
13 the election or voting date."

SECTION 2. San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 16.12.150 is hereby amended
15 to read as follows:
16 "16.12.150
Violation-Penalty.
17 Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter is guilty of an infraction or a
18 misdemeanor, which upon conviction thereof is punishable in accordance with the provisions of
19 Section 1.12.010 of this code."
