Center Drive, East of Club Way and that Plan No. 9603 showing the proposed vacation be approved.

STAFF REPORT
A request was received from Price Costco for the vacation of a portion of Club Center Drive, from the East line
of Club Way to a point approximately 345 feet Easterly. Costco owns property on both sides of the area
proposed to be vacated and would like to expand their facilities at this location, including the expansion of the
parking area. The vacation of this portion of Club Center Drive would allow them to encompass this area into
the proposed expansion of the parking area.
The petitioner has paid the first half ($500) of the $1,000 Street Vacation Processing fee. All effected utilities
and City Departments have been notified of the proposal and requested to comment.
We recommend that authorization be given to proceed with the vacation of a portion of Club Center Drive,
East of Club Way.
