Recommended motion:
That the plans for installation of a sewer main in Bel van Street, from Olive Street to
Base Line Street, in accordance with Plan No. 9577, be approved, and the Director of
Public Works/City Engineer be authorized to advertise for bids.

CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
Plans for installation of a sewer main in Belvan Street, from
01 i ve Street to Base Line Street, has been prepared, and the
project is ready to be advertised for bids. The project
consists of installing an 8-inch sewer main to provide sewer
service to the abutting properties.
Below is an estimated of the total project cost:
Construction Contract............$ 43,100.00
Engr. & Insp. (W.O. No. 7087)....$ 4,300.00
Sub-total
$ 47,400.00
Contingencies (15%) +/-..........$ 7,100.00
Total Estimated Project Cost
$ 54,500.00
All costs incurred for this project will be financed from the
$65,000.00 allocated under Account No. 132-~-5504-7087.
