Staff Report
Subject:
Fiscal Year 2002/2003 Budget Deliberations.
Background:
Each year the Mayor and Council hold a series of meetings to consider the annual budgets of the
City. The following dates and times are proposed for this year's deliberations regarding 6the FY
2002-2003 budgets:
Wednesday, June 5th at 3 p.m.
Tuesday, June 11 th at 2 p.m.
Wednesday, June 19th at 2 p.m.
Tuesday, June 25th at 2 p.m.
All meetings will be held in the Economic Development Agency Board Room, and will be
televised for delayed broadcast.
Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Mayor and Council discuss and approve the proposed dates for the
