Recommended Motion:
That a dinner workshop be set for Monday, May 20,2002, at 5:00 p.m. in the Economic
Development Agency (EDA) Boardroom to hear a presentation by City Staff, Stantec and Psomas
discussing the draft FY 2002/03 - FY 2006/07 Capital Improvement Program, Pavement
Management System, and Sewer Master Plan.

Staff Report
Subject:
Set dinner workshop -May 20, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. in the EDA Boardroom - Presentation by City
Staff, Stantec and Psomas.
Background:
At the direction of the Council, requests to schedule dinner workshops during Council meetings
shall be approved by the Council prior to agendizing the workshop.
Stantec Consulting, Inc. has completed the Pavement Management Program and Psomas the
Sewer Master Plan. Staff has utilized this information in addition to other information compiled
over the past year to prepare a draft FY 2002/03 - FY 2006/07 Five Year Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for Council consideration. The results of those efforts will be presented at this
workshop.
