The following are justifications for classified appointments, promotions and other
personnel actions to be reviewed by the Mayor and Common Council at the February 4,
2002 Council meeting.

1. Custodian (Jimenez. Oscar) - Appointment
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
This position has been vacant since October 2001 and is being filled by Oscar Jimenez.
Oscar has worked for the City since November 1992 as a Custodial Aide. This is a
budgeted position.
2. Custodian (Sanchez. Lebardo - Appointment
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
This position has been vacant since December 2001 and is being filled by Lebardo
Sanchez. Lebardo has worked for the City since May 1994 as a Custodial Aide. This is a
budgeted position.
