We request that you consider appointing Mr. Prstap Champsi, owner of Waterman Car
Wash, to fill the vacancy crested by Sally Morris' resignation from the Human Relations
Commlsalon. Mr. Champsi Is very sctlve In the local Esst Indlsn community and would
be an assat to the Human Relations Commlsaion. We would appreciate It If you will
appoint him at the next Council meatlng on July 7th.
Mr. Champsi lives In the 5th Ward; ho_ver, as you are aware, this should not presant
a problem as there are no ward boundaries In making appointments to the Humsn
Relations Commlsalon.
We hope that you will consider Mr. Champsi as an asaat and appoint him on July 7th.
