CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
The Negative Declaration for Public Works Project No. PWP
97-001, rehabilitation of pavement and construction of a curbed
landscaped median on Tippecanoe Avenue, fron Hospitality Lane to
Mission Creek, was recomnended for adoption by the Environmental
Review Committee at its meeting of May 29, 1997.
A 21-day public review period was afforded from June 5,
1997, to June 25 1997. No comnents were received.
We recommend that the Negative Declaration be adopted and
a finding made that the project is consistent with the Circula-
tion elenent of the General Plan.
