On October 21, 1996, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino approved and authorized the Mayor to execute CDBG Agreements for the Reallocations projects. This time extension will allow for the completion of these projects. Recommendation It is appropriate for the Mayor and Common Council to approve the execution of the Amendments to the CDBG Agreements between the City of San Bernardino and the above Agencies.
