STAFF REPORT
Bids for the installation of traffic signals at Waterman
Avenue and 13th Street were opened at 2.00 p.m., Tuesday, 5-20-
97, ranging from $57,666 to $69,920. The low bid of $57,666 is
13.9% under the Engineer's Estimate of $67,000.
Below is the total estimated project cost, based upon the
actual low bid price:
