STAFF REPORT
The 1997-98 Preliminary Budget and staff report will be presented
to the Mayor and Council on June 16. The Council will also be
receiving the recommendations of the Ad Hoc Budget Reduction
Committee on that date.
In order to discuss and take action regarding the budget, it is
necessary to establish additional meetings during the month of
June. The following dates and times are recommended for these
budget meetings:
Wednesday, June 18 at 9:00 a.m.
Wednesday, June 25 at 9:00 a.m.
Thursday, June 26 at 9:00 a.m.
Monday, June 30 at 9:00 a.m.
It is recommended that the Mayor and Council adopt the motion to
schedule these meetings.
