. CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
Tentative Tract No. 15775, for reversion to acreage, was
approved by the Planning Commission on 1-28-97. An appeal of
this action was filed. This appeal was denied at the Council
meeting of 5-05-97.
Tract No. 15775 is a reversion to acreage of Tracts No.
11857 through 11860, which provided for the development of 113
townhouses.
The final map has been reviewed. and found to be in
substantial compliance with the Tentative Map and the Subdivision
Map Act. Therefore, we recommend that the final map be approved
and authority granted to accept the dedications of public ease-
ments.
The surety filed to ensure completion of required public
improvements will be released upon recordation of this final map.
