3ynopsis of Previous Council ection:
Previously, a resolution has been presented to the Common Council for authorization to
impose liens on certain parcels of property fot uncollected Business Registration fees.

Recommended motion:
That the hearing be closed; that the City Clerk be directed to administratively remove any
properties from Exhibit A whicn have been paid prior to the hearing; and that said resolu-
tion be adopted.
