ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY STAFF REPORT Consolidated Plan Related Items The Amended Second Year Plan was approved by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino on October 21, 1996 and has been accepted by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD requires that all environmental reviews be completed prior to any funds being committed, or agreements executed. Staffhas received the completed environmental reviews on the first group of reallocation projects listed below and is now requesting authorization to execute standard CDBG Agreements.
