I request that Mr. 'Joe' V.C. Suarez be appointed to serve as the Fifth Ward
Representative on the Planning Commission (at Council Meeting of March 17th).
As you know, Mr. Suarez has served on the Board of Building Commission since
October 1993 and will continue in that capacity as well.
A copy of Mr. Suarez' resume is attached.
