Shum, Director - Physical Planning and Development for San Bernardino State University for approval to install directory signs within the curbed medians in University Parkway and Northpark Boulevard. Additional signs will be installed along the north side of Northpark Boulevard. It is our understanding that these signs will be outside the street right-of-way and, therefore, not under the City's jurisdiction. Installation of non-city facilities within a street right-of-way is authorized by a standard form License Agreement. This agreement provides, in general, that the applicant is authorized to install the proposed facility and will assume responsibility for liability and maintenance. The standard form License Agn'emp.nt states that an ad... ministrative fee of $500 shall be paid to cover processing costs.
