BACKGROUND As a recipient of Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) funds, the Police Department is required to hold a public hearing where persons shall be given the opportunity to provide written and oral opinions to the Mayor and Common Council, regarding the proposed expenditure of grant funds. FINANCIAL IMPACT None. RECOMMENDA nONS That the Mayor and Common Council set a public hearing for 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2003, relative to the proposed expenditure plan for the allocated Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) funding for FY 03/04.
