cUlTently set for thc City Council Meeting of January 22, 2007 be continued to February 20, 2007. I am
cnclosing the eontilluanee fee of $75.00. TIle reason for the continuance is that tbere have been
discussions ",;th Tim Sabo, Redevelopment Agency counsel, concerning the prospect of Redevelopment
Agency financial assistauce in order to facilitate the Vie-Vin Enterprises, Inc. project and the parties
wish to have an Opportunity to negotiate an owner-participation agreement with regard to cligible
fina.,eial assistance prior to the time that this matter is submitted to the City Council, .
