Dear Clerk Sutherland:
I am counsel for Danes Towing. Danny's Towing hereby appeals to the Common
Council for review of the decision by the San Bernardino Police Department to suspend
Danny's Towing for 30 days effective January 8, 2007 as set forth in the enclosed letter from
the San Bernardino Police Department.
Danny's towing appeals this decision by the Police Department on thll grounds
a 30 day suspension is not justified in light of the good-faith mistake regarding the facts which
led to the suspension as well as Danny's record over the past yeats with the Police Department
