STAFF REPORT
Tentative Tract No. 14235 was approved by the Planning Commission
on June 20, 1989.
Tract No. 14235 is a eighty-two lot (82-lot) single-family subdi-
vision.
The required improvement securities and certificates of insurance
have been fil ed wi th thi s offi ce, and the prescri bed fees have
been paid. Also, the improvement and grading plans have been
prepared and will be approved.
The Final Map has been reviewed and found to be in substantial
compliance with the Tentative Map and the Subdivision Map Act.
Therefore, we recommend that the final map be approved.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP FOR SUBDIVISION TRACT NO. 14235, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH-
EAST CORNER OF MACY STREET AND RIALTO AVENUE, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC DEDICATIONS AS SET FORTH ON SAID MAP; AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF THE STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS
IN SAID SUBDIVISION, WITH TIME FOR PERFORMANCE SPECIFIED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
The Mayor and Common Council find that
proposed Subdivision Tract No. 14235, located on the Southeast
corner of Macy Street and Rialto Avenue, together with the pro-
10 vi si ons for its desi gn and improvements is consi stent wi th the
11 General Plan of the City of San Bernardino.

SECTION 2.
The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino
13 is authorized on behalf of said City to execute the standard
14 form of agreement adopted by Resol uti on No. 84-8 wi th Forecast
15 Mortgage Corporation. for the improvements in said subdivision
16 tract as are required by Title 18 of the San Bernardino
17 Municipal Code and the California Subdivision Map Act. Section
18 12 (b)( 1) of sai d Agreement is hereby amended to requi re publ i c
19 liability insurance in an amount of not less than $250,000 per
20 person and $500.000 per occurrence. The time for performance is
21 specified at 24 months.
Said improvements are specifically
22 descri bed and shown on Drawi ngs approved and on fi 1 e in the
23 Office of the City Engineer of the City of San Bernardino.

SECTION 3.
The Final Map of said subdivision tract
25 is hereby approved and the City of San Bernardino hereby accepts
26 as public property all dedications within the subdivision as
27 shown on said Final Map for streets. alleys. (including access
28 rights), drainage and other pUblic easements. As a condition

4 first execute the agreement referenced in Section 2 hereof for
5 the improvements within said subdivision. The City Clerk shall
6 certify the approval and acceptance of the Mayor and Common
7 Council as set forth in this resolution.
