A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 2001-250 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 1999-173 RELATING TO DINE AND DANCEIENTERTAINMENT
APPLICATION PROCESSING AND INVESTIGATION FEE

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
5 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 2001-250 is hereby repealed.
7 SECTION 2. Part III: City Clerk's Office of Resolution No. 1999-173 is hereby amended
8 by adding the following section:
"SECTION 3. A non-refundable $200.00 fee is hereby established and imposed for

pursuant to Section 5.14.030 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, This fee shall
