NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Common Council of the City
of San Bernardino have called a special meeting of the Mayor and Common
Council/Community Development Commission to be held at 4 p.m., Wednesday,
August 2, 2006, in the Economic Development Agency Boardroom, 201 North “E”
Street, San Bernardino, California.
Said meeting shall be for the purpose of discussing the following:
1.Closed Session.
Conference with legal counsel – anticipated litigation – significant exposure to
litigation – pursuant to subdivision (b) (1), (2), (3) (A-F) of Government Code
Section 54956.9.under significant exposure to litigation:
