ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1147, LOCATED ON THE NQ~~WEST CORNER OF RANCHO AVENUE AND MILL
STREET. )
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclass-
ifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City
of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby
amended by adding thereto the real property described as follows:
PARCEL NO. EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE (Petition No. 1147)
All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
Lot 37, Tract No. 7453, as per map recorded
in Book 94 of Maps, pages 75 and 76, in the
office of the County Recorder of Said County.
Except from said lot that portion thereof
lying North of a line parallel with and
distant southerly 80 feet from that portion
of the North line of said lot shown on said map
as having a length of 124.39 feet.
(From C-2 Community Commercial to C-3A General
Limited Commercial.)
Generally located on the northwest corner of
Rancho Avenue and Mill Street.
The above change of zone is Subject to the conditions
i imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
