ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE SALE OF FRUIT OR VEGETABLES FROM PARKED TRUCKS OR TRAILERS
IN NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 10.1, Subsection A
is amended by adding Paragraph 14 to read:
"14. Sale of fruit or vegetables from a truck or trailer
parked on private property subject to a permit issued by the Plan-
I'ning Director and approved by the Mayor and Common Counci 1. P ro-

Ivisions of this ordinance relating to parking and to required

,improvements to the property shall not apply to this use. The

Mayor and Common Council may, by resolution, adopt specific stan-

dards and regulations which shall govern this use."
