ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1149, LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ADELL STREET AND INLAND
CENTER DRIVE.)
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclass-:
ifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City,
of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby

amended by adding thereto the real property described as follows:

PARCEL NO. EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE (Petition No. 1149)

All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, block 7, Map of Urbita,
in the City of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 3
of maps, page 54, in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, also the
16 foot alley between lots 2, 3, and 4, also
the 15 foot alley between lots 1, 2, 3, and
the Pacific Electric Railroad Right-Of-Way;
both vacated by the City of San Bernardino,
located northeast of Adell Street County of
San Bernardino Assessor's Parcel Numbers
141-185-01, 02, 03, 04.
