ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE WAIVER OF APPLICATION FEES AND HEARINGS FOR PERMITS TO
MOVE STRUCTURES WHICH ARE LOCATED IN AN AREA DESIGNATED AS UNSAFE i
FOR HUMAN HABITATION.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 is amended by adding Section
24.11 to read as follows:
24.11 The Planning Director, with the written concurrence.
of the Director of Building and Safety, may waive the application
fee, the hearing, and any other provisions of Sections 24.1
through 24.9 of this ordinance, with respect to any application
for a permit to move any structure which is located in an area
which has been designated by the Mayor and Common Council as
unsafe for human habitation. The security provisions of Section
24.10 shall not be waived.
If hearing is waived, the Planning Director, with the
written concurrence of the Director of Building and Safety, may
impose appropriate conditions on the issuance of a permit to
the same extent and in the same manner as the Commission or
