ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1140, LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST CORNERS OF
LITTLE MOUNTAIN DRIVE AND NORTH PARK BOULEVARD EXTENDING SOUTHERLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclass-
ifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City
of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby
amended by adding thereto the real property described as follows:
PARCEL NO. EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX (Petition No. 1140)
All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
The east 1096.05 feet, as measured along the
north line of that certain property described
as follows:
A portion of the south 1/2 of Section 8 and
the north 1/2 of Section 17, unsurveyed,
township 1 north, range 4 west, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, being a portion of the
Muscupiabe Rancho defined by extending United
States Government Sectional lines across said
Rancho as per plat recorded in book 7 of Maps,
page 23, records of said County, and of Lot 1,
Block 1, Wiggins Tract, as per plat recorded in
book 3 of Maps, page 74, records of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the east line
of said Section 17, and thenorth line of a
10-foot strip of Jand now within the city limits
of the City of San Bernardino, California, said
point being north 00 28' 15" west (record north
00 26' west and north 00 24' west) 533.86 feet
from a 3/4 inch pipe at the east 1/4 section
corner of said Section 17; thence north 550 06'
15" west (record north 550 04' east) 49.05 feet
along the city limits line of the City of San
Bernardino, to the true point of beginning;
thence north 550 06' 15" west, 4806.95 feet to
a 2-inch by 2-inch stake; thence north 890 32' 30"
east, 3919.87 feet to a concrete monument that

is 40 feet west of the east line of said
Section 8; thence south 00 28' 15" eClst, 2781.44
feet parallel with and 40 feet west of the east
lines of said Sections 8 and 17 to the point
of beginning.
