ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; AND REQUIRING
PLOT PLAN AND ELEVATION APPROVAL BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION IN THE
"C-3A" LIMITED GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
hereby amended to read as follows:
Ordinance No. 1991 Section 13.1 Subsection B is
"B. Plot plans and elevations shall be submitted to the
Commission for approval and may be subject to review by the Board
to of Archi tectural Review."
HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
