Each year, the Mayor and Council hold a series of meetings to consider the annual budgets
of the City and EDA.
The following dates and time are proposed for this year's deliberations regarding the FY
03-04 budget:

June 12, from 2:00 - 5:30 p.m.
Juue 19, from 2:00 - 5:30 p.m.
June 26, from 2:00 - 5:30 p.m.
June 30, from 2:00 - 5:30 p.m.
The meetings will be held in the EDA Board Room.
Recommendations
It is recommended that the Mayor and Council approve the proposed dates for FY 03-04
budget deliberations.
