CURRENT DUTIES: Manpower and Human Resource Manager, Federal Government. Served as a
Personnel Manager, USAF, for 23 years. Retired USAF. Over thirty years experience in demanding
diverse organizations. My background offers experience in the areas ofleadership, budgeting, inventory
control and public relations. Hold BS degrees in Education and Computer Science. Active member in
New Hope Church currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees. Spouse, Stephanie, RN at
Community Hospital of San Bernardino and two daughters. Active member of the Northwest
Redevelopment Project Area Committee
