04/07/03 - Authorization was given to proceed with the proposed street name change - Pepper
Linden Drive (as dedicated across various tracts and subdivisions and its proposed extension) to
Campus Parkway and setting a public hearing.
Recommended Motion:
I. That the public hearing relative to the street name change from Pepper Linden Drive (as
dedicated across various tracts and subdivisions and its proposed extension) to Campus
Parkway be closed.

3 OF PEPPER LINDEN DRIVE AS DEDICATED ACROSS VARIOUS TRACTS AND
SUBDIVISIONS AND ITS PROPOSED EXTENSION TO CAMPUS PARKWAY IN THE
4 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
6 OF SA]\, BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. That the name of Pepper Linden Drive. as dedicated across various tracts
8 and subdivisions and its proposed extension in the City of San Bernardino. be and the same is

hereby changed to read Campus Parkway.

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall have no effect until a certified copy is recorded with
12 the County Recorder of San Bernardino County. Upon execution. the City Clerk shall file a
13 certified copy of this Resolution with said County Recorder.

At the Mayor and Common Council meeting of May 5, 2003, the City of San Bernardino
adopted Resolution No. 2003-104 - Resolution of the City of San Bernardino changing the name
of Pepper Linden Drive, as dedicated across various tracts and subdivisions and its proposed
extension, to Campus Parkway in the City of San Bernardino.
Section 2 directs the City Clerk to file a certified copy of the resolution with the San Bernardino
County Recorder's Office; therefore, I am providing you with one certified copy of Resolution
No. 2003-104.
